JPMorganChase is seeking an Associate/VP in Quantitative Trading & Research to tackle complex business problems with AI/ML and data-driven insights. You will partner with business teams to prototype, build, and deploy scalable analytics that improve decision making and revenue performance.

You will work across data-intensive environments, leveraging cloud capabilities, and collaborating with multiple units to implement resilient models and data solutions.

Formación

• Advanced degree in a quantitative field (PhD/MS).
• Strong background in ML, statistics, and mathematics.
• Experience solving real-world data science problems end-to-end using Python.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to drive projects forward.

Responsabilidades

• Work with business leads to develop AI/ML analytics and automation for business goals.
• Build scalable data architectures to handle large transaction data volumes.
• Automate manual processes and develop tools to optimize decision making.
• Create sequential decision tools to optimize net interest income under constraints.
• Lead projects end-to-end from ideation to model deployment and delivery.
• Present commercial recommendations to stakeholders with clear visuals.
• Collaborate with Quantitative Research, CIB Treasury, CIO, Technology and CDAO to advance data strategy.
