Qualifications

Advanced degree in quantitative analytics, economics, statistics, engineering, or a related area.
5-10 years of experience in analytics or fraud; 2-4 years of management; leadership evidence.
4-8 years in statistical/econometric modeling and database management.
4-8 years of SAS proficiency (including modeling) and SQL.
Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to present clearly.

Responsibilities

Lead analytics and strategy professionals for Fraud Strategy & Analytics on new account screening.
Design and implement analytics, technology, and process improvements for digital controls.
Mitigate fraud risk using descriptive and predictive approaches; report and monitor trends.
Mentor junior analysts and work cross-functionally with stakeholders.
