Job summary

Element Solutions' MacDermid Alpha Electronics Solutions is seeking a proactive Quality Systems Manager to lead the QMS in a semiconductor manufacturing environment. You will identify risks, ensure compliance with IATF 16949, manage audits, and drive continuous improvement across operations.

You will collaborate across teams to support audits, manage documentation, and implement CAPA actions to improve product quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction within a high-tech setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related technical field.
• 7+ years of quality management experience in semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing.
• Experience leading audits and CAPA programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and maintenance of a risk-based QMS aligned with IATF 16949 and semiconductor best practices.
• Facilitate risk assessments including PFMEA, Control Plans, and other APQP documentation.
• Establish and maintain risk registers and monitoring systems for quality and operational risks.
• Develop mitigation strategies to reduce defects, process variability, and supply chain risks.
• Manage and improve QMS documentation, procedures, and records.
• Lead internal and external audits and support supplier risk assessments.
