Qualifications

• BS/MS/PhD in STEM with 8/6/4+ years QA experience
• Experience with Program Quality Engineering or Factory Floor Quality in a Defense Industry
• Ability to obtain and maintain a US Government Secret clearance
• US citizenship required
• MRB process experience (Preferred) and AS9102 First Article Inspection (FAI) experience
• Experience with continuous improvement techniques and/or performing QMS audits
• Knowledge and experience with SAP

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain quality control systems in partnership with engineering and manufacturing
• Design and execute inspection and testing methods and perform QA testing and statistical analysis
• Audit quality systems to drive corrective actions and maintain compliant documentation
• Support enterprise quality tools and shop-floor transactions
• Manage quality data access/changes and support requirements, testing, and continuous improvements for new tools/infrastructure
