Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 8 years of related experience or Master with 6 years.
• QMS (AS9100, ISO 9001) experience.
• Auditing experience.
• Data Analysis and/or Statistical Analysis experience.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain quality evaluation and control systems and protocols.
• Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing to ensure standards.
• Identify and review product non-conformances and disposition HW defects.
• Use data to make quality decisions and perform statistical analysis.
• Lead corrective action plans with suppliers and cross-functional teams.
• Audit quality systems and drive continuous improvements.
