Job summary

HireTalent is seeking a Sr Quality Systems Specialist (Exempt) for onsite work in Tempe, AZ. This role combines hands-on customer support with end-to-end quality system ownership, focusing on ISO 13485 and FDA requirements and coordinating with Planning, Engineering, and Operations to ensure compliant processes.

The position emphasizes customer interface, change management, and data-driven process improvements across QA, Operations, and Finance teams. Duration: 12 months, onsite at Tempe.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant experience, or 2+ years with an advanced degree.
• Experience with SAP-based order and shipment execution.
• Customer-facing quality systems experience in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize Quality Management System (QMS) processes supporting customer-related activities.
• Ensure audit readiness for customer-related quality processes and act as SME during audits.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect, report, and analyze customer feedback and quality data.
• Coordinate customer orders, changes, RMAs, and inquiries in SAP and MES to ensure accurate shipment execution.
• Develop and maintain QMS documentation (procedures, work instructions, forms) required for customer-related processes.
