Contech Medical, a UFP Technologies company, seeks a Quality Supervisor to lead the on-site QA/QC team in Providence, RI. You will ensure only material meeting specifications leaves the facility and drive improvements to inspection plans.

You will supervise testing, analyze data, manage documentation, and ensure adherence to cGMP and ISO 13485. Strong communication and leadership are essential to develop and coach staff.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a lead QA/QC role.
• 5+ years’ experience in QA/QC preferred, medical device manufacturing a plus.
• ASQ certification is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and a track record of developing subordinates.
• Strong analytical skills with detail orientation and ability to work independently.

Aufgaben

• Oversees quality control testing, sampling, and control strategies.
• Performs inspection and testing when necessary.
• Analyzes product and process quality data to meet quality objectives.
• Audits QC staff for quality and quantity of work performed.
• Manages material release and final disposition activities.
• Establishes measurement systems analysis processes for QC.
