This role involves supporting project teams in managing quality control processes across various projects. The ideal candidate should have 10-15 years of relevant experience in commercial construction, strong team management skills, and a valid OHSA 30 Card. Responsibilities include developing Quality Management Plans, conducting field inspections, and training direct reports. Salary ranges from $140,000 to $175,000 depending on experience.

Formación

• 10-15 years of relevant Quality Superintendent experience on commercial construction projects.
• Prior experience directly managing a team of individuals.
• A valid OHSA 30 Card is required.
• Ability to conduct group training and presentations.
• Strong knowledge of computer platforms used for quality applications.
• Ability to travel between multiple projects in California.
