Job summary

JE Dunn is seeking a Senior Quality Specialist for Mission Critical projects in Mesa, AZ. You will monitor and coordinate the project quality program, review documents, attend meetings, and perform walk-through inspections to ensure compliance with JE Dunn standards.

You will lead quality initiatives, mentor staff, and collaborate with multiple teams to drive continuous improvement on large industrial and data center projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years construction quality-related experience.
• Valid and unrestricted driver’s license.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Willing to work non-traditional hours to meet business needs.
• May require periods of overnight travel.

Responsibilities

• Participates in project quality plans and project water intrusion plan.
• Ensures documentation of quality assurance processes and corrective actions.
• Collaborates with suppliers to maintain quality standards for materials.
• Identifies potential quality problems from design documents and assists in constructability reviews.
• Conducts regular walk-through inspections to verify compliance with contract documents and standards.
• Investigates non-compliant conditions and recommends root-cause solutions.
