Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in process QA, operational risk, risk & controls, or business process management.

Responsibilities

• Lead risk control self assessment activities to identify operational risks, evaluate controls, and develop mitigation strategies.
• Evaluate end‑to‑end processes to simplify, standardize, automate, and improve workflows.
• Perform deep‑dive root cause analyses on systemic defects, distinguishing between human error and systemic control flaws.
• Analyze data and operational trends to identify systemic risks and improvement opportunities.
• Support new operating models and pilots by establishing controls and risk measurements.
• Track remediation initiatives and report on key risks and trends to leadership.
• Challenge existing processes to optimize risk, efficiency, and customer experience.
• Package control testing proof, risk registers, and remediation logs.
• Monitor Systemic KRIs, report on aging remediation plans during monthly risk reviews, and advise Product and Engineering on control design for new products and automated tools.

As a Senior Quality Specialist you will help us transition from

traditional operational QA into a proactive First Line of Defense and Process Excellence

organization. Focusing on Processes & Systems Controls, you will design, test, and govern

scalable control frameworks across our hybrid execution environment—where human

operations and automated AI agents/bots work side‑by‑side. You will partner closely with

Operations, Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Internal Audit to identify systemic workflow

risks, evaluate control design adequacy, and build the audit‑ready artifacts.

In this role you will:

What You Bring (Role Requirements)

• 3+ years of experience in process QA, operational risk, risk & controls, or business process management.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and root cause analysis skills to drive continuous improvement and practical solutions.
• Statistical Quality Control or Lean training, nice to have, not indispensable.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority and navigate ambiguity.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
