Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Senior Quality Specialist to ensure excellence and compliance across our Advanced Technology project and data center market segments. You will conduct thorough quality inspections and witness tests, document findings, and support environmental risk assessments in collaboration with the environmental team.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or Engineering Technologist Diploma, 3+ years of related experience, and relevant certifications (ACI or Canadian equivalent).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or Engineering Technologist Diploma preferred.
  • 3+ year related experience preferred.
  • ACI or Canadian equivalent certification required.
  • Experience or training in environmental regulatory and construction industry compliance preferred.
  • Proven subject matter expert in testing, inspection processes and construction procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Identifies risks and discrepancies at the project site during daily site walks, documenting findings, evaluations, and inspections using Company-prescribed procedures and software.
  • Assists with protocols, qualifications, and prescribed validation procedures and documentation.
  • Performs system verifications on completed systems to ensure correct installation per contract design specifications.
  • Documents, analyzes, and reports environmental performance to internal and external clients and regulatory bodies.
  • Supports impact assessments to identify, assess, and reduce the organization’s environmental risks and financial costs, following the direction of the environmental team and procedures.

Overview

Are you passionate about ensuring excellence and compliance in every detail? As a Senior Quality Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards by conducting thorough quality inspections and witness tests. Collaborate with industry experts and committed teams to uphold contract specifications and make a tangible impact on our projects.

This is a full-time position supporting an Advanced Technology project, which includes out Data Center market segments.

What you will be doing
  • Identifies risks and discrepancies at the project site during daily site walks, documenting findings, evaluations, and inspections using Company-prescribed procedures and software.
