Primary Responsibilities

  • Lead the development, execution, and evaluation of PIPs in alignment with regulatory requirements
  • Design and test interventions aimed at improving member health outcomes
  • Analyze and interpret data to assess project effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Prepare and present reports, findings, and recommendations to internal stakeholders and regulatory agencies
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support quality initiatives and enhance the member experience
  • Ensure compliance with NCQA, HEDIS, and state-specific quality standards (e.g., TX HHSC)

You’ll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.

Required Qualifications

  • Solid data analysis skills with experience preparing summary reports
  • Experience presenting findings to leadership and external stakeholders
  • Familiarity with regulatory documentation and submission processes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • High-speed internet access and a dedicated home workspace
  • Must reside in Texas

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in Medicaid managed care
  • Experience with Texas Medicaid PIPs and health equity
  • Proven solid writing, analytical, and problem-solving skills
