Job summary

Reliable Robotics Corporation is seeking a Senior Quality Assurance and Reliability Engineer to lead the strategy and execution of the QMS, risk mitigation, and design reliability in a high-safety environment. You will collaborate with design, manufacturing, and test teams to ensure compliance, drive corrective actions, and improve production processes.

Qualifications

• Experience with quality, risk, and safety management systems and processes.
• 7+ years in design engineering, manufacturing, test, software, or quality and reliability engineering.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace, Software Engineering, or similar advanced degree.
• 2+ years of programming in Python, C, or SQL with data analysis focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead investigations and implement corrective actions for safety-critical products.
• Develop and manage the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with processes and regulatory requirements.
• Verify product safety and reliability, and drive improvements across design, manufacturing, and test.
• Automate quality metrics reporting and support test campaigns and qualification activities.
