Job summary

Agropur Cooperative in Le Sueur, MN seeks a Senior Manager, Quality Operations to lead quality programs across several plants, ensuring food safety, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement. You will drive CAPA, investigations, and quality system standardization while supporting a strong quality culture.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in a science field, 5+ years in quality control or food production, 3+ years in dairy, and HACCP/SQF knowledge with travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in food science or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in quality control or food production.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the dairy industry.
• Knowledge of SQF, HACCP, GMP and food safety regulations.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and certifications HACCP/PCQI/SQF are required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee quality programs and controls across 2–4 US sites.
• Lead investigations, CAPA, and corrective actions in response to quality or safety issues.
• Provide technical and quality leadership to prevent or address quality trends.
• Interact with plant leadership, customers, auditors, and regulatory bodies.
• Champion quality training (GMP, HACCP, SQF) and drive standardization of systems.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement across sites.
