You will own inspection processes, mentor technicians, and collaborate with tooling, molding, engineering, and quality teams to drive continuous improvement and solve challenging measurement problems.

We're looking for an experienced Senior Quality & Metrology Technician with strong OGP programming and precision measurement experience to take a hands‑on leadership role in our metrology laboratory.
You're work with advanced inspection technologies—including OGP vision systems, microscopes, and CT scanning—to inspect some of the smallest and most complex molded components in the medical device industry.
This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced metrology technician or programmer who enjoys solving technical challenges, mentoring others, and wants to take greater ownership of laboratory processes and continuous improvement.
In this role, you’ll perform and oversee visual and dimensional inspection of micro‑molded components while helping lead the day‑to‑day activities of our metrology laboratory.
You’ll work from customer drawings, specifications, work instructions, and sample parts to verify quality during startup, in‑process, and final inspection.

We’re looking for someone with a strong metrology background who is comfortable working independently, solving technical problems, and taking ownership of inspection processes.
Candidates should have approximately 3+ years of OGP programming experience or equivalent advanced hands‑on experience with OGP/3D MeasureMind systems.
This isn’t a traditional inspection role. You’ll have the opportunity to work with advanced metrology technology, solve challenging measurement problems, and play an important role in how our metrology laboratory operates and improves.
