Responsibilities

• Lead Quality Department including quality engineering, supplier quality, inspection and quality systems.
• Drive compliance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, AS9100 and ITAR.
• Lead internal, customer and registrar audits and manage corrective actions.
• Collaborate with customers, suppliers and internal teams to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee supplier development, quality metrics and continuous improvement initiatives.
