Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant QA/assurance experience.

Responsibilities

• Establishes site quality strategies, systems and controls to meet company and customer objectives.
• Reports site quality metrics and provides leadership to ensure scorecard objectives are met.
• Implements a quality framework with assessment, training and monitoring to ensure compliance with laws and standards.
• Establishes and promotes company-wide quality programs.
• Oversees root-cause analyses, cost of quality, corrective actions, and stakeholder communications.
• Manages internal/external audits and supports corrective actions at sites.
• Guides staffing, training, and performance management within the quality function.
• Stays current with industry knowledge through networking and publications.
