Job summary

Ultimate Staffing Services in Grapevine, TX is seeking a Sr. Quality Manager to lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of the company's Quality Management System (QMS) in alignment with ISO 9001 and related standards.

This is a full-time, direct hire, 100% onsite role focused on customer satisfaction and regulatory compliance. You will lead a quality team, drive continuous improvement, manage supplier performance, and use data analysis to resolve issues and optimize processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or a science-related field required.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards and related processes.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with ISO 9001.
• Lead quality team, recruit/train, and manage performance reviews.
• Monitor supplier performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Analyze data to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Oversee calibration and accuracy of testing and inspection equipment.
