Job summary

HNTB Corporation is seeking a senior quality program leader to develop, implement, and oversee the program/project quality management plan across large infrastructure projects. You will collaborate with clients, PM teams, and design-build leadership to ensure adherence to ISO 9001 and FTA QMS, while driving continuous improvement and risk mitigation.

The role requires extensive experience in quality management for design and construction phases and the ability to report performance to leadership

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in quality management/engineering or related math/science or project management discipline.
12 years demonstrated experience managing a quality program, including auditing programs/projects.
In lieu of education, 16 years’ experience in a quality management position.
Experience implementing quality management plans in ISO 9001 and/or FTA QMS requirements.

Responsibilities

Develops and proactively manages implementation of the quality management plan in accordance with client, owner and FTA requirements.
Participates in work planning with client and PM team to determine effort levels for quality management.
Reviews and approves subconsultant quality plans and those under contract to the client.
Monitors adherence to the project quality plan and reports on compliance and risks.
