Kelly Science is seeking a Quality Manager for a growing company in Easton, PA. The role is full-time, direct hire, and 100% on-site with a salary of $120,000-$140,000 per year.

The candidate will lead the site quality program, ensure GxP/GMP/GDP compliance, and manage audits, CAPAs, and risk assessments while developing Quality Specialists and warehouse staff. Fluent English is required with Spanish a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 10–15 years of pharmaceutical QA/QC experience with sampling suite room activities.
• Strong knowledge of GxP, GMP, GDP, quality systems, audits, inspections, CAPAs, and risk management.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in written and spoken English; Spanish fluency is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead the site quality program, including policies, procedures, quality culture, training, metrics, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with applicable GxP, GMP, GDP, and Good Documentation Practice requirements.
• Manage audits, inspections, investigations, CAPAs, risk assessments, and regulatory or client quality issues.
• Partner with Operations and clients to support quality objectives, resolve issues, and communicate performance.
• Lead and develop Quality Specialists and warehouse personnel through coaching, training, and effective quality practices.
