Job summary

Crowley Fabricating & Machining Co., Inc. is seeking a Quality Manager to lead the Quality Management System as the AS9100 QMR, reporting to top management and coordinating with auditors.

The role ensures products meet both internal and external requirements, while guiding improvements and training teams to achieve quality targets. The ideal candidate has 4+ years of related experience or equivalent education, with a preference for 7+ years and background in aerospace, medical, or military

Qualifications

• 4+ years related experience or equivalent education/training required.
• 7+ years preferred.
• Experience in Aerospace, Medical, Military manufacturing environments.
• Understanding of QMS requirements incl. ISO9001 and/or AS9100.
• Manages delivery schedules and ensures on-time shipping.

Responsibilities

• Devising and establishing quality procedures, standards and specifications.
• Reviewing customer requirements and ensuring they are met.
• Perform internal audits and drive process improvements.
• Set standards for quality inspectors.
• Define quality procedures with operating staff.
• Maintain controls and documentation procedures.
• Monitor performance with data and statistical reports.
• Act as liaison for external audits and customers.
• Resolve quality issues with customers and suppliers.
