Job summary

Titan Circuits is looking for a Quality Manager for their Phoenix manufacturing facility. In this role, you will own the Quality Management System, drive continuous improvement, and ensure quality compliance across high volume SMT and PCB assembly lines.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in quality roles, particularly with AS9100, and strong leadership skills. You will collaborate cross-functionally to elevate the quality culture at Titan Circuits.

Qualifications

• More than 10 years of experience in manufacturing, operations, or quality roles supporting AS9100 products.
• Proficiency in CAPA, RCCA, FRB, MRB, and structured problem-solving methodologies.
• Experience leading quality teams in high mix, high volume electronics environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the site’s AS9100 certified Quality Management System.
• Drive defect reduction and first pass yield improvement.
• Engage with customers for quality-related matters.
