Job summary

Qualastat Electronics and CEPA, Trexon companies based in Chandler, AZ, seek a hands-on Quality Manager to lead the Quality function across both business units. Qualifications

• 7+ years of quality experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in AS9100 or ISO-certified environments required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the QMS in compliance with AS9100 and customer requirements.
• Oversee inspections, audits, and quality controls.
• Lead internal and external audits, including customer and registrar audits.
• Drive corrective actions and preventive actions to reduce defects and COPQ.
• Partner with Engineering and Production to implement continuous improvements.
