Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience leading a Quality group in a production or manufacturing environment.
• Experience in aerospace and/or defense preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field; equivalent experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Maintain product quality documentation and support risk management.
• Prepare FAIRs and support customer audits and quality reviews.
• Oversee incoming, in-process, and final inspections to ensure conformance.
• Coordinate with suppliers, Supply Chain, and Engineering to resolve quality concerns.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate quality inspectors and technicians.
