The role also involves ensuring compliance with construction regulations, fostering team collaboration, and promoting continuous improvement through leadership and mentoring.**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES*** **Quality Leadership:** Assists the Director with developing, implementing and managing the company’s overall Quality program to ensure high standards are maintained across all projects.* **Quality Audits:** Conducts regular QC audits of project job sites, and issues formal QC Audit results/actions.* **Documentation and Reporting:** Ensures that the quality team’s Quality documentation is maintained and up to date, including inspection reports, non-conformance reports, corrective action plans, and project quality plans. Provides regular reports to senior management on the status of Quality initiatives, non-compliance issues, and corrective actions. Presents findings to Owner’s Representative as needed.* **Training and Development:** Leads the development and delivery of training programs for field and office teams to improve quality practices and awareness.
