Job summary

Saint-Gobain Performance Polymer Solutions seeks a Senior Quality Manager to provide strategic leadership for the Omniseal Solutions & Life Sciences QMS and to ensure enterprise‑level integration with broader businesses at the Garden Grove site.

The role acts as the senior Quality authority, directing quality strategy, governance, and regulatory alignment across the facility, with responsibility for customer certifications and long‑term growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or other technical discipline is required.
• Master's degree in engineering, quality, or business statistics is preferred.
• Six‑Sigma/Lean Manufacturing Green Belt is preferred.
• ASQ CQE/CQT/CQA is preferred.
• 10+ years in a regulated industry (semiconductor, aerospace, automotive, pharma/biopharm, or medical device) is required.
• 6+ years experience with Quality Systems design, development, implementation, and site‑level governance is required.
• 5-7 years experience in supervision/management of leaders and technical teams is required.
• 3+ years experience leading RCA and operational efficiency initiatives is required.
• 3+ years QMS experience is required.
• Understand quality and safety policies and ISO 9001/AS9100.

Responsibilities

• Leads strategic Quality authority for Omniseal & Life Sciences with enterprise‑level impact.
• Serves as site's Product Compliance Officer, influencing operations and executive decisions.

This role acts as the senior strategic Quality authority for the both Omniseal & Life Sciences business's and serves as the site's Product Compliance Officer, influencing both operational and executive decision‑making. The Senior Quality Manager ensures that quality systems remain robust, audit‑ready, and fit for the dynamic requirements of regulated global markets. Through leadership of Quality teams, cross‑functional governance, and alignment with global Quality and Regulatory functions, this role safeguards business viability, customer trust, and long‑term growth.

Leads Quality strategy for a multi‑business, highly regulated facility with complex operational interactions and shared infrastructure. Navigates matrix reporting: direct leadership of Quality teams plus dotted‑line influence to Global Quality & Regulatory. Owns the establishment of a distinct Omniseal & Life Sciences QMS within a shared environment. Serves as the highest‑level Quality authority on‑site for Garden Grove, CA site with enterprise‑wide impact, including implications for customer certifications, regulatory standing, and multi million‑dollar contracts. Operates in an environment with 10,000+ SKUs, 350 employees, and $150-$200M revenue influence.

We believe in the importance of pay transparency in what we offer prospective candidates and provide the national pay range for this position which is $111,000 to $177,000 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.

In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount is 15% of base salary based on company and individual performance measures. The Total Target Cash range (base pay and annual bonus) for this position, is $119,325 to $203,550. Bonus payments are part of variable compensation and by nature can vary based on company and individual performance and is not a guarantee.
