Job summary

Motorola Solutions in Chicago seeks an experienced Quality leader to steer the supply chain product quality agenda across design to aftermarket service. You will define a multi-year strategy and drive improvements in reliability, yield, and efficiency on a global scale.

Collaborating with systems integration, deployment teams, and leadership, you will translate analytics into actionable process enhancements, ensure QMS and ISO 9001 compliance, and lead CAPA to enable successful deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 5+ years in quality management or systems integration.
• Strong background in quantitative analysis and data science.
• Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt, CMQ or CQ Auditor preferred.
• Proficient in data management and statistical analysis.
• Experience communicating strategy to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a multi-year product lifecycle strategy.
• Improve KPIs for product reliability, yield, and operations.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders to align quality metrics.
• Lead root cause analysis and CAPA for deployments.
• Drive continuous improvement using data and quality tools.
