Job summary

Ajulia Executive Search seeks a seasoned Quality Leader to drive QMS compliance and continuous improvement in a plastics automotive manufacturing environment. You will oversee QA activities, audits, validation, and CAPAs, while guiding cross‑functional teams to reduce defects and enhance customer satisfaction.

The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and hands-on experience with audits, PPAP, PFMEAs, and process control documentation.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in quality management within manufacturing environments, preferably in plastics injection molding and automotive industries.
• Strong understanding of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, Quality Management Systems (QMS), and SOPs, with the ability to maintain compliance and drive quality excellence.
• Proven expertise in conducting quality audits, inspections, and implementing effective quality systems across complex production operations.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and root-cause analysis skills, with experience developing corrective and preventive actions to improve quality performance.
• Effective leadership, project management, and communication skills, with the ability to lead continuous improvement initiatives and collaborate across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS) compliant with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, HACCP, CGMP, and other applicable industry standards.
• Manage quality assurance and control activities, including audits, inspections, testing, validation, PPAP approvals, PFMEAs, control plans, and process documentation for plastic injection molded automotive components.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing quality metrics and KPIs, identifying trends, and implementing CAPAs.
• Lead root cause investigations, resolve non-conformities, and address customer quality concerns through effective problem-solving and sustainable corrective action plans.
• Partner with manufacturing and cross-functional teams to optimize processes, reduce defects, improve product quality, and enhance customer quality performance.
• Supervise, train, and develop Quality Engineers and staff, promoting quality best practices, regulatory compliance, safety standards, and alignment with company quality objectives.
