• 10+ years in quality engineering
• Experience leading large technical organizations through change
• Expert in QA/QE practices, processes, and automation
• Strong technical leadership and architecture sense
• Ability to move from deep technical detail to big-picture thinking
• Proven record of developing technical leaders and setting direction
• Experience working with distributed teams across geographies/timezones
• High value on teamwork, collaboration, and cross-functional alignment
• Excellent stakeholder management
• Ability to drive clarity amid ambiguity
• Excellent communication skills across audiences
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/engineering/math or equivalent
