Job summary

Holder Construction is seeking a Senior Field Coordinator to join our Operations team in New Albany, OH. In this full-time in-person role, you will provide field supervision of on-site trade work focused on safety, quality, and project adherence.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in construction management or a related field, or 3+ years of equivalent experience. Key responsibilities include coordinating material delivery, facilitating communication between trades, and mentoring junior staff. A competitive compensation and benefits package is offered.
