Job summary

Hyve Solutions in Reno, NV seeks a detail-oriented Quality/ISO Manager to oversee ISO 9001 compliance, quality control production, audits, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will lead a team of quality supervisors, manage document control, implement corrective actions, and ensure adherence to ISO standards while collaborating with senior leadership to meet objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Typically requires 5+ years of relative experience.
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001 and other agency standards.
• Advanced understanding of manufacturing processes and containment tactics.
• Willingness to long days, evenings, weekends and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ISO compliance for Quality and Environmental management.
• Provide training on ISO 9001.
• Close audit responses properly and timely.
• Develop strategic plans with senior leadership.
• Manage document control for compliance and training records.
• Lead corrective/preventive actions and measure effectiveness.
• Supervise quality team and drive continuous improvement.
• Perform 8D reports and material declarations when needed.
• Develop and maintain management review metrics.
• Proficient in creating and manipulating spreadsheets for data analysis.
• Interpret and implement policies affecting subordinates.
• Maintain clean, safe work areas and team morale.
