Job summary

HYVE Solutions in Las Vegas, NV, seeks a Manager, Quality to lead ISO 9001 compliance and environmental management. You will oversee quality manufacturing processes and guide a team of supervisors.

The role requires a B.A. in engineering or related field, 5+ years of manufacturing experience, and strong data analytics to drive root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• B.A. degree or equivalent in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relative experience.
• Solid product manufacturing comprehension; computer electronics a plus.
• Working knowledge of maintaining ISO 9001 and other agency standards.
• Advanced understanding of manufacturing processes, influences and containment tactics.
• Willingness to work long days, evenings/weekends and travel.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ISO compliance for Quality and Environmental management.
• Provide training on ISO 9001.
• Ensure audit responses are closed properly and timely.
• Partner with senior leadership to set strategic plans and objectives.
• Manage document control for audits, training records, calibration logs.
• Lead corrective and preventative actions and measure effectiveness.
• Lead Quality supervisors; coach subordinates to drive continuous improvement.
• Complete 8D reports and Material Declaration Sheets when needed.
• Implement metrics and prepare Management Review metrics.
• Ensure work areas are clean and morale maintained.
