Job summary

Lockheed Martin in Camden AR seeks an Inspector Sr to uphold quality for electronic units and subassemblies. You’ll read blueprints, inspect with precision, document results, and drive improvements in a high‑reliability environment.

The role requires a US citizen with security clearance eligibility, a high school diploma or equivalent, and hands-on measurement experience. Willingness to work a 4x10 schedule and OT as needed is expected.

Qualifications

• Must be available for work at our Camden AR site: 4x10 Monday through Thursday, with occasional overtime.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen and have ability to obtain security clearance
• Holds a High School diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Proficient in computer use, effective interpersonal skills, concise verbal and written communication
• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
• Problem solving ability and willingness to suggest process improvements
• STEM degree
• One or more years of related experience
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics
• Familiarity with Apriso/SAP and related quality systems
• Awareness of safety regulations and use of PPE
• Experience with circuit, mechanical, or wire-harness assembly

Responsibilities

• Perform visual inspections using measuring devices, micrometers, and fixtures.
• Accept, reject, or rework defective units based on inspection criteria.
• Interpret blueprints, diagrams, and inspection instructions.
• Document findings and maintain inspection records.
• Support statistical process control and quality verification activities.
