Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma/GED and 7 years of related experience; Any degree and 5 years; or 9 years in related field.
• Ability to drive standard and automatic transmission vehicles.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong technical aptitude; body, paint, and mechanical repair knowledge; mastery of unibody and full-frame vehicles.
• The ability to multitask, follow directions, and take instructions; basic computer skills.
• ICP Inspector Level IV exam completed with related inspections certifications.
• Ability to stand, walk, or sit for prolonged periods; lift up to 30 lbs.

Aufgaben

• Maintain understanding of automotive inspection concepts and methodologies.
• Lead Inspector training and subject matter expert on inspection processes.
• Review inspection reports, identify issues, and recommend steps for positive auction results.
• Support 4T's with Inspector training, ensuring team knowledge and hands-on training.
• Inspect vehicle equipment and document results of damaged or inoperable equipment.
• Engage with VE Leader and customers to address questions and concerns.
• Ensure customer complaints are addressed effectively and promptly.
• Conduct New Hire Training and Weekly Group Training Sessions.
• Facilitate ICP Level Testing and conduct weekly audits of inspectors.
• One-on-one coaching on audit results and review audit reports for quality trends.
• Maintain all Manheim Training Certifications and SOP knowledge.
• Train staff based on audit trends and policy losses.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
