Qualifications

• 7+ years of qualified inspection experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with ISO/AS9100 and standardized processes.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform incoming inspections of products (electrical, mechanical, electromechanical, cables/harnesses).
• Authorize assembly process completion and support the build team with in-process inspections.
• Validate visually and dimensionally that products meet engineering drawings.
• Apply GD&T knowledge to ensure conformance.
• Develop and utilize metrics and reports within Oracle.
• Maintain calibration equipment and databases.
• Inspect for defects in surfaces, fasteners, sealant, paint, and testing.
• Provide feedback on final inspection results and recommend corrective actions.
