Job summary

Mohr Talent is seeking a Senior Quality Inspector to join our Starkville, Mississippi site. This hands-on role requires strong attention to detail and experience in a quality-controlled manufacturing environment.

You will inspect materials, in-process parts, and finished goods, read engineering drawings, and document inspection results to support first article and ongoing quality programs. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of inspection experience, knowledge of dimensional and visual

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of inspection experience in a quality-controlled environment.
Ability to read drawings, specifications, and quality requirements.
Experience with precision measuring equipment and first article inspections.

Responsibilities

Inspect incoming materials, in-process parts, and finished products.
Perform visual, dimensional, and measurement inspections.
Review drawings and quality procedures, document results.
Complete inspection reports and quality records.
Identify and document nonconforming products and support corrective actions.
Train production staff on quality expectations and advocate for quality across teams.
