Job summary

Requires a STEM-related degree or equivalent experience, ability to obtain Secret Clearance, U.S. citizenship, and capability to stand, sit, and lift up to 45 lbs. Strong GD&T knowledge is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED plus 4 years of relevant experience or Associate degree+ with 2+ years in mechanical inspection/manufacturing.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain Secret Clearance.
• Must be able to stand/sit for extended periods and lift up to 45 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform FAIs per AS9102 and first piece inspections using build docs.
• Inspect machined/partially machined parts to ensure conformance to specs.
• Read blueprints, drawings, and inspection instructions; use prespecified methods and gauges.
• Apply GD&T principles to assess tolerance stackups and conformance.
