What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop reporting products that support improved quality and efficiency in medical processes across multiple clinical areas
- Troubleshoot and diagnose reporting errors, communicating solutions effectively
- Serve as a subject-matter expert in quality data reporting and data application
- Collaborate with clinical and business partners to address customized data requests and ad hoc analyses
- Participate in strategic initiatives aimed at using data for enhanced efficiency and program performance assessment
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of experience in healthcare, medical, scientific, or business analytics
- Proficient in SQL and data management/analysis applications (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Access, Tableau, R)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to produce clear written and graphical communications of results
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks while establishing priorities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with medical quality measures such as Stars, HEDIS, and Patient Experience surveys
- Experience with Epic/Clarity database or similar electronic medical records systems
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders effectively
