Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in quality control or assurance in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in transformer manufacturing operations is preferred.
• Understanding of quality methodologies including FMEA, SPC, MSA, and 8D problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain quality control plans and procedures.
• Analyze quality data and drive corrective actions.
• Lead internal and external quality audits.
