Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor's in manufacturing or mechanical engineering, 8+ years in transformer production, and strong ISO 9001 knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years in transformer manufacturing or similar industries.
• Experience with ISO 9001 and regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency with PFMEA, 5 Why, Fishbone and 8D problem-solving methodologies.
• Six Sigma Yellow/Green Belt certified; Green Belt preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive quality improvements across manufacturing operations.
• Develop and maintain PFMEA, control plans and MSA documentation.
• Lead root cause investigations and CAPA implementation.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and applicable standards.
• Support change control, document control, and new product introductions.
• Provide training to strengthen quality awareness.
