Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of quality engineering experience including functional testing and test automation.
• Experience with SDLC and QA methodologies (Functional, E2E, Automation, Regression, Usability).
• Hands-on with Jira, Selenium, SoapUI, Squish, Jenkins; CI/CD/CT exposure.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test strategy.
• Develop and execute test plans and test cases.
• Create and maintain test automation scripts.
• Perform end-to-end testing of business applications.
• Participate in review and approval of project deliverables.
• Advise teams on testing approaches and tool sets.
• Identify required test environments and coordinate setup.
• Oversee defect tracking and reporting.
• Find, track, and prioritize defects and drive resolution.
• Define QA metrics like defect density and open defects.
• Test production emergency bug fixes.
• Participate in release production validation.
