Job summary

DSJ Global is seeking a seasoned Quality/Process Engineer to lead investigations into customer quality concerns, work with manufacturing to determine root causes, and implement corrective actions. You will analyze data to identify trends, support audits, and drive continuous improvement across quality systems.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Engineering or a related field and 5+ years of manufacturing or process engineering experience, with strong knowledge of SPC, FMEA, MSA, 8D, and ISO 9001,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field is preferred.
• 5+ years of Quality, Manufacturing, or Process Engineering experience.
• Experience supporting quality initiatives within a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of SPC, FMEA, MSA, 8D, root cause analysis, and corrective action processes.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality management systems.
• Proficiency with Minitab, Excel, and other quality analysis tools.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead investigations into customer quality concerns and drive effective resolution.
• Partner with manufacturing teams to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Analyze quality and process data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Support quality system compliance through audits, documentation, and continuous improvement activities.
• Review and communicate corrective action reports and customer quality documentation.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, and supply chain teams to improve product quality and process performance.
• Assist with customer and regulatory compliance requests.
• Drive quality initiatives using statistical analysis and structured problem-solving methods.
