Job summary

Qualifications

• Lead root cause analyses using structured methodologies (8D, 5 Why, Fishbone, FMEA, CAPA).
• Own end-to-end nonconformance management for NCs, SCARs, and CAs.
• Develop corrective actions and translate findings into ECNs with clear rationale and root-cause linkage.
• Verify corrective action effectiveness through validation testing, process monitoring, and follow-up audits.
• Support internal and external audits with technical documentation and evidence.

Responsibilities

• Lead comprehensive root cause investigations using 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone, FMEA, CAPA to identify true root causes.
• Own end-to-end nonconformance management from detection through verified closure for NCs/SCARs/CAs.
• Coordinate across functions to drive timely closure and ensure accountability in resolution.
• Collaborate with engineering to develop corrective actions and translate findings into ECNs.
• Verify effectiveness of actions through validation, monitoring, and audits.
