The role emphasizes driving corrective actions, partnering with engineering for ECNs, and ensuring AS9100 compliance. 7+ years of experience and a strong quality background are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, or related discipline.
• 7+ years of quality engineering experience in defense, aerospace, or highly regulated environments.
• Experience leading root cause investigations and driving NC/SCAR/CAPA closure.
• Experience implementing corrective actions affecting design or manufacturing processes.
• Strong knowledge of root cause methodologies (8D, 5 Why, Fishbone, FMEA).

Responsibilities

• Lead root cause analysis investigations using 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone, FMEA, CAPA.
• Own end-to-end nonconformance management for NCs, SCARs, and CA.
• Develop corrective actions with engineering and translate findings into ECNs.
• Verify effectiveness via validation testing and audits.
• Participate in design reviews to ensure manufacturability and reliability.
