The role involves conducting reliability testing, managing quality activities, and mentoring new engineers. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering fields and have 5-7 years of related experience. Qualifications
5-7 years related experience in quality engineering or similar fields.
Technical skills training in quality tools and techniques.
Good computer literacy and proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet applications.
Responsibilities
Support quality deliverables for design and reliability analysis.
Plan and conduct reliability testing and capability studies.
Mentor new employees and provide input for continuous improvement.
