Responsibilities

• Driving corrective actions and preventive measures to ensure product quality and reliability.
• Conducting root cause analysis to identify and resolve quality issues promptly.
• Managing nonconformances by implementing effective corrective actions and monitoring their effectiveness.
• Overseeing the quality of electro‑mechanical products, ensuring they meet company and industry standards.
• Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to integrate quality control tools and processes into daily routines.
• Developing and maintaining quality control systems, procedures, and documentation.
• Participating in internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulations.
• Providing technical guidance and training to the team to enhance their understanding of quality standards and procedures.
• Continuously monitoring and reporting on quality‑related key performance indicators (KPIs).
