Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Principal/Sr Principal Quality Engineer to support the Sentinel Team in Ogden or Roy, UT. The role focuses on mission assurance, design reviews, and program quality planning, with opportunities for growth within a mission-critical program.

Applicants must hold a STEM degree with required years of experience and be eligible for a Secret security clearance. The position offers a robust benefits package and 9/80 work schedule flexibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s of Science in a STEM degree with 5 years of relevant experience, or 3 years with a Masters.
• US Citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a Secret (S) clearance or higher.
• 2 years of experience working defect resolutions from production or receiving.
• 3 years of working experience supporting Quality Objectives.
• Senior Principal: 8 years with STEM degree or 6 years with Masters.
• US Citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a Secret (S) clearance or higher.
• 5 years of defect resolution experience; 6 years supporting Quality Objectives.

Responsibilities

• Support MA functions to ensure mission success and quality assurance.
• Perform technical reviews of Sentinel drawings, SOWs, and requirements.
• Develop and maintain Sentinel Program Metrics and Quality Plans.
• Support PCAB, FRBs, and CPAR processes for Sentinel.
• Coordinate with IPT MA & QE on acceptance requirements and corrective actions.
