Qualifications

• 6 years of engineering experience in machining or manufacturing
• Knowledge of quality systems, regulatory requirements, and industry standards
• Advanced knowledge of blueprint reading and GD&T
• Ability to operate and train on various inspection equipment
• DOE and Capability Studies experience
• Minitab proficiency
• ERP experience
• Microsoft Office proficiency

Responsibilities

• Provide quality assurance support for manufacturing
• Develop inspection requirements and control/inspection plans
• Analyze data and identify improvement opportunities
• Act as quality interface for production and customer complaints
• Conduct audits and close audit findings with CAPAs
• Coach and mentor junior quality engineers
• Lead quality projects and provide recommendations
• Support validation of processes, equipment, and metrology
• Ensure compliance with ISO and medical device requirements
• Maintain organized work area and participate in Operational Excellence program
