Job summary

8797 ACS U.S.A., LLC is seeking a Senior Quality Engineer for Front Royal, VA to proactively improve product quality by designing and deploying processes to mitigate risk. You will report to the Site Quality Manager and help the manufacturing site exceed customer expectations.

Responsibilities include leading CAPA, audits, and quality metrics, implementing statistical methods and process automation. This role requires extensive quality engineering experience in manufacturing and expertise in ISO

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Quality Assurance, Engineering or Chemistry, or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical, statistical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute and oversee the internal CAPA process and actions.
• Participate in site internal audits to identify improvements.
• Maintain CAPA metrics and drive improvements based on data trends.
• Apply advanced statistical methods, process automation, and predictive quality modeling.
