Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive quality systems and audits.
• IATF16949 knowledge and certification preferred.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites and manufacturing plants.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and communicate YF IOS, IATF, and CSRs; lead plant-functional teams to ensure compliance.
• Coordinate and support audits to achieve IATF 16949 certifications and other standards.
• Develop processes to implement, achieve and maintain YF IOS/IATF 16949 compliance.
• Maintain local documents supporting global YF IOS, IATF 16949 and customer requirements.
• Provide awareness and training on YF IOS, IATF16949 and customer requirements.
• Plan and maintain audit schedules; identify gaps and drive corrective actions.
• Support external audits as Co-Auditor; Lead Auditor certification required.
• Coordinate Management Reviews with Plant Manager and drive issue follow-up.
